demands, causes of action arising out of or in connection with use of

use of the product to treat foot or underarm odor

and
including, without irritation, all demands claims and causes of personal injury or property damage
arising of such use.
In the
event of any asserted claim, the purchaser shall at its own expense defend, protect and save harmless
Indemnities against said claim or any loss or liability there under. In the further event the
purchaser shall fail to so defend and/or indemnify and save harmless, then in such instance the
Indemnities shall have full rights to defend, pay or settle said claim on its own behalf without notice
to purchaser and with full rights to recourse against the purchaser for all fees, costs, expenses and
payments made or agreed to be paid to discharge said claim. Upon default, the purchaser further agree to
pay all reasonable attorney's fees necessary to enforce this agreement. This agreement shall be
unlimited as to amount or duration. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.
Customer herein
agrees that if any part of this agreement is found not to be valid, the total liability of the authors
of this website is limited to the website password purchase price ($9.99 or $14.99) regardless of the
nature of the claim.
In addition, I
confirm that I will not distribute or cause to be distributed, using any method, the information on this
website. In such case, I agree that NoMoreOdor.com will have the right to sue for damages as it sees
fit.
